Sacrebleu it’s December time

Happy this time of year festivities to those that dig that jazz

Awesome news. My husband gifted me with my first Christmas tree and it was awesome. This year was an especially difficult year for him since it was his first Christmas away from his family and despite his sadness he gifted me with a green tree. And in return, in an attempt to cheer him up, I decided to start our own family tradition so I bought the first Bellido family ornament - a cute little potato. I found it in this store that only sold the most whimsical little items. Which store? I have literally no idea. I spent 3 days searching a multitude of stores for the perfect first family ornament for Ken to begin OUR tradition. That’s what was special for me - having someone in my life that I could cheer up with a cutesy potato. Seeing his face when I explained the potato was all the gift I needed. Having a life with him for the past 18 years has been awesome and insane. And now we are alive and together and able celebrate Christmas in our new home in Seattle, WA. Of course the first ornament had to be the potato.
